Feb 12, 2008 Leo Caires, President of Maui Energy Company formally announced today Feb. 12, 2008. signing a letter of intent with privately held Colorado Corporation Vista International Inc. to purchase Maui Energy Company for an undisclosed amount. Leo Caires will be retained as president and will continue his duties as such. More specific Terms have not been finalized yet.

*Leo Caires was a featured speaker at the 2007 Energy Expo held at the Grand Walea Resort in Maui, Hawaii.
